The Marshall Medical Record Number (MRN) is a unique 7-digit number that identifies your health records at Marshall Medical Center.

Your MRN can be found:

• At the top of an After Visit Summary
• On your clinic appointment card

If the MRN you are referencing is a six digit number then you are viewing an old MRN. The new MRNs are seven digits in length. Please call the clinic or the Marshall Medical HIM Department at (530) 626-2620 to obtain your new MRN number.
